Brown rice vinegar
Brown Rice Vinegar is the aged and filtered product made from fermenting the sugars derived from rice. It is light in colour and has a mild, clean, delicate flavour. It is widely used in Asian cooking.

Vinegar is an acid, and used as a preservative its shelf-life is almost indefinite. Colour changes, haze and sediment are not an indication of the product deteriorating. Vinegar can be stored in the cupboard.
